The estate is divided into 5 "phases", of which 2 await redevelopment, and the 3 occupied phases to date (see map):

Phase 1 - flanks A,B,C flat nos. 1-78 the first to be occupied 2012-2015
Phase 2 - flanks D,E,F,G,H nos. 78-158 first occupied 2022

Phase 3 - flanks M,N,O,P,Q Student accommodation first occupied 2021

Each Phase has its own different Management Company which can be found under 'Repairs and maintenance'

PHRA invites residents and others to collaborate on the development of this wiki, either by improving existing content or adding new information about different aspects of Park Hill Estate.
