Planning permission for Phase 4 was originally granted in August 2019 for 95 homes, along with artist studios and a new art gallery.
An revised planning application was submitted in June 2023, which increased the number of homes to 124 but no longer included the art gallery and studios.
In response to objections over parking provision, a further update was submitted in September 2023 and approved in November 2023.
