Great Places Housing Group is a major stakeholder in Park Hill with several different roles:
- It is the leaseholder of 100 flats at Park Hill.
- Through Great Places Housing Association (landlord), it leases these to social housing (80 flats) and other tenants (20 flats).
- It is the permanently-appointed property manager for Park Hill Estate (Phase 1) and delivers these services through Plumlife Management.
