Phase 3 was developed as student accommodation and welcomed its first residents in September 2020. The building has been named Béton House and the site is managed by Homes for Students. 356 beds are available across a range of unit types including townhouses, apartments and studios.
The Park Hill Type font, as used in the wiki logo, was commissioned by the developers of this phase.
A time capsule containing information about the history of Park Hill was buried in the grounds of Béton House.[1]
