Urban Splash (Park Hill) Limited is the developer of Park Hill and since 2014, has been a joint venture between Urban Splash Developments Limited and Places for People. On 24th December 2006, it signed a Development Agreement (of which there have been a number of subsequent variations) with Sheffield City Council to refurbish Park Hill.[1]
