Residential Management Group (RMG) are the management company responsible for Phase 2.
RMG runs a customer portal which is used to issue information to residents. Phase 2 leaseholders are encouraged to create a portal account to benefit from receiving site wide announcements. If you are a tenant in Phase 2 who doesn't have access to the portal, you can ask your landlord to log a request via the portal or with the RMG Customer Service team to provide you with access.[1]
