Royal Mail

Royal Mail has access to the building to allow deliveries to apartments.

Amazon

Amazon Key is set up at Park Hill, allowing drivers to access the building.


If Amazon delivery drivers

  • Refuse to deliver parcels to individual apartments
  • Are dumping parcels with reception/concierge or in main hallways
  • Are rude, aggressive, or abusive

Please report them straight away using the following method.

  1. Take a picture of the label on one of the parcels which allow Amazon to be able to identify the driver.
  2. Take a picture of the number of parcels and where they were left.
  3. Send the pictures via email with a subject heading, ‘Driver refuses to deliver to individual apartments’.
  4. Add any other information you feel is pertinent in the main email body and send to kfbcx-uk@amazon.com
