Great Places is the management company for Park Hill and is responsible for the services which are listed in the service charge budget. They are also employed by Urban Splash as an agent to manage the insurance demands and payments and to maintain the district heating system. They utilise their subsidiary, Plumlife Management, to provide these services on their behalf.
Great Places is also the landlord of the social / affordable homes in Park Hill and therefore responsible for:
- setting the rent and service charge
- letting, managing and maintaining these properties
