Great Places Housing Group is a major stakeholder in Park Hill with several different roles:
- It is the leaseholder of 100 flats at Park Hill.
- Through Great Places Housing Association (landlord), it leases these to social housing (80 flats) and other tenants (20 flats).
- It is the permanently-appointed property manager for Park Hill Estate (Phase 1) and delivers these services through Plumlife Management.

the management company for Park Hill and is responsible for the services which are listed in the service charge budget. They are also employed by Urban Splash as an agent to manage the insurance demands and payments and to maintain the district heating system. They utilise their subsidiary, Plumlife Management, to provide these services on their behalf.
Great Places is also the landlord of the social / affordable homes in Park Hill and therefore responsible for:
- setting the rent and service charge
- letting, managing and maintaining these properties
