Residential Management Group
Residential Management Group (RMG) are the management company responsible for Phase 2. They are part of the Places for People network of companies.[1]
RMG Living Portal[2]
RMG provides an online customer portal, giving residents quick and convenient access to key information at any time. The portal is available via web browser at www.rmgliving.co.uk, and you can also download the RMG Living mobile app on most smartphones for easy access on the go. Through the portal, you can:
- View important building documents
- Receive updates about the development
- Report and track repairs
- Make payments
- Communicate directly with the RMG customer service team
Leaseholder
To register, you will need your Customer Reference Number, which can be found on your service charge invoices or previous correspondence from RMG. Once registered, you'll be able to view account balances, statements, and development-specific updates.
Tenant
Tenants can also access the portal; however, they you must first be added as a subtenant by your landlord. Your landlord will need to provide your email address, after which you will receive instructions to set up your access.
