Water
Water supply to Park Hill
The water to Park Hill is supplied by Yorkshire Water. All of the apartments are individually metered. Water meters are located in the meter room at Level 00. If you would like access to read these please contact the building manager. You will be given the serial number for your apartment meter on completion/handover.
Water supply isolators
The water supply isolator tap for the apartment and the hot water isolator tap can be found in the bathroom utility cupboard.
Water supply failure or problems
If your apartment water supply is affected please firstly check your water isolator taps. Next contact Yorkshire Water to ascertain if there is an issue with the supply in the area. Once this has been ascertained please refer to the defect reporting procedure (section 1.1).
In the event of an outage, water bowsers are available to be deployed on each street.
