The Phase 2 garden is restricted to residents only and access is controlled by a gate from the car park and doors from the Phase 2 lobby.
The gate from the car park is automated to allow for disabled access. It will automatically open when a Phase 2 issued fob is presented to the fob reader on entering the courtyard, or when the green “Open” button is pressed when you are exiting the courtyard. Do not push/pull the gate as this will result in the mechanism to stop working which will require resetting. This will also allow for the gate to securely close automatically, which will avoid security risk and it blowing in the wind.[1]
