Phase 2 Garden

The Phase 2 garden is restricted to residents access only and is controlled by a gate from the car park and doors from the Phase 2 lobby.

The gate from the car park is automated to allow for disabled access. It will automatically open when a Phase 2 issued fob is presented to the fob reader on entering the courtyard, or when the green “Open” button is pressed when you are exiting the courtyard. It will be detrimental to allow the gate to open under its own force, as if pushing/pulling this gate will result in the mechanism to stop working to which will require resetting. This will also allow for the gate to close and be left secure shut automatically, which will avoid security risk and it blowing in the wind.
