Flats in Phase 1 (Flanks A, B and C) are fitted with fixed and sliding anodised aluminium panels. The bold colours reflect the subtle horizontal banding of the original brick infill of beige, ochre and plum, which identify the different streets in the sky.
Following inspection by a specialist fire engineer to conduct a survey in line with current building safety standards, Park Hill Phase 1 was issued with EWS1 forms in February 2021. These can be provided on request by the Property Manager. The forms are issued according to postcode so please provide this information with any request. No remedial action was identified from the inspection.[1]
