The day-to-day care and maintenance of the communal and public areas of Park Hill (e.g. cleaning, door entry systems, lift, lighting, roof leaks or flooding) is the responsibility of the Management Company. Problems with maintenance, disrepair or cleanliness of shared areas should be reported to the Management Company immediately.

Note that any issues with South Street should be reported to Sheffield City Council.

Private area repairs

Care and maintenance of your flat is a resident responsibility. If you are tenant, you should direct any maintenance and repair requests to your landlord.
