The car parking provider at Park Hill is The Parking Space who replaced SIP in November 2025.  Parking is enforced using Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) alongside manual patrols, which are conducted several times per week.

Note, there are no designated parking spaces.  In the event of spaces being unavailable, permit holders can park in either Duke Street or Rhodes Street car parks.

South Street Restricted Zone

Street parking

South Street alongside Flanks B, C, G and H is a single track road and designated a Restricted Zone, as is Pat Midgley Lane. No parking or stopping is permitted except as long as necessary to set down or pick up passengers.

Parking is prohibited on areas of soft landscape, pavements, verges, curbs and areas not designated for parking.[4]

Off-site parking[5]

Urban Splash has secured a partnership with Q‑Park that enables Park Hill residents and businesses to access discounted parking across Q‑Park’s Sheffield car parks. Discounts typically range from 20–30%, depending on the car park and ticket type, and can be accessed via the link below:

Notes

Security of proximity fobs and vehicles

To reduce the risk of vehicle theft from the car parks, proximity fob units should neither be left inside nor on display in vehicles.

Vehicle insurance arrangements

Residents are responsible for insuring vehicles kept within the estate.

Removal arrangements and delivery of furniture or bulky items

For ease and to minimise inconvenience to others living in Park Hill, residents should discuss arrangements in advance with the Management Company - this will help to ensure that suitable vehicle access is available and that measures can be put in place where necessary to avoid damage to finishes, the lobby doors and lift.
